the fig tree

We have a fig tree in our courtyard, and it gets a lot of bird and bat action throughout the day and night. I was interested in using materials to create a notation of these interactions as they occurred. 

 

I found a glass sheet in a skip bin and used it as infrastructure for capturing and interiorising these external forces and interactions over one day.
