I observed this table in the corner of the garden after a rainy weekend. The table holds residue dust and rust from pot plants and other garden entities. the rain on the table created a liquid platform for mark making, and I saw this attentiveness to the vital materiality as a gesture for this notation. I believe this is a collaborative practice, between myself and the given situations in my domestic realm. This simple intervention sparked an interest in responsive engagement with live situations, and I am interested in the temporal condition of this exploration.
